GIRLS NIGHT OUT: A Somatic Ceremony
ECSTATIC DANCE + BREATHWORK
A night to remember what it feels like to be fully in your body!! Join us for 75 minutes of ecstatic dance and breathwork, an invitation to shake it out, take up more space, and express yourself freely. Sound a little outside your comfort zone? Don't worry - we're going to make stepping outside of it genuinely fun. No experience needed, no performance required. Just you, the music, your breath, and full permission to be present with whatever wants to move through you. What is Ecstatic Dance? Free-form movement to music. Grace will offer prompts throughout that deepen your connection to sensation in the body and invite you to move more consciously and curiously. What is Breathwork? We'll be working with a three-part breath, a technique that quiets the active, logical mind and allows the subconscious and feeling body to come online. Think of it as a shortcut back to yourself.
Your Instructor: Grace W
Grace is a somatic coach and breathwork facilitator who has spent seven years training with leading voices in the wellness world. She creates immersive experiences that give people a genuinely safe space to express, understand, and liberate themselves from what's keeping them from their joy, aliveness, and authenticity.
Full Moon Sadhana
the MONTHLY Full Moon Sadhana is a spiritual practice designed to harness the high energy and emotional intensity of the full moon to promote emotional balance, spiritual growth, and inner peace. Sadhana (pronounced saad-hana) is a Sanskrit term for a daily, disciplined spiritual practice aimed at personal transformation, self-awareness, and connecting with the divine. It involves conscious action, such as yoga, meditation, or chanting, to break ego-based limits, improve mental health, and achieve spiritual growth. The full moon represents a peak in the lunar cycle, creating a natural upsurge of energy in the human system, which can amplify existing emotions—joyful or otherwise—requiring conscious management. Most gatherings will include yoga nidra, mindfulness, breath-work and conversation. Some moons we will also indulge in an herbal tea blend by Kacy.
Kundalini Yoga + The Lunar Cycle
This workshop is an introduction to kundalini yoga through the lens of the lunar cycle, with a focus on the waning phase: that quiet, inward stretch between the full moon and the new. The waning moon invites us to slow down, reflect, and let go. In this beginner-friendly Kundalini yoga workshop, we'll explore breathwork, kriyas, ritual, and more that connect us to the energy of the waning moon. If you've never tried kundalini, it looks a little different from what most people picture when they hear "yoga class." there are fewer poses held for a longer time, and more repetitive movement, breathwork, chanting, and meditation — all working together to shift energy in the body. Some people sometimes describe it as the most potent practice they've found… others just know it makes them feel clearer. No experience necessary.
Dance Flow!
This is a space to flow freely, connect to the rhythm of your breath and the music, and embody asana with much more emphasis on expression than perfection.
Holly will guide you through a fluid flow choreographed to move with the music and you'll have some space to move completely as you wish too.
Expect a disco ball, groovy flowy music, no judgement, and a delicious mix between yoga and dance.
